Description
Coconut water powder is made by dehydrating the liquid found inside coconuts (often referred to as coconut water or coconut juice). The remaining powder is called coconut water powder and can be reconstituted or used in baking.
Coconuts are the fruits that grow on the coconut tree (Cocos nucifera), native to tropical coastal regions. Coconuts are a type of drupe, despite their name containing the word “nut.” They are unique in that they have hard shells that contain a water-like liquid and white pulp. Both the pulp and the liquid offer numerous health benefits.
